ABOUT THE DJ
(Our very own) Martin Skegg, while pursuing a career in film and then working as a journalist based in London, spent his nights busting the wheels of steel at underground clubs in Soho, Shoreditch and around town.
Active throughout the 90s and aughts, DJ Party Marty (as he wasn’t known then) and his posse established themselves as zealous genre busters, bringing a diverse range of musical styles to the dance floor. To say their taste was eclectic would be a cliché and an understatement.
Today, Party Marty (as he’s sometimes known), brings this cross-disciplinary liking to Alt Wine Fest, where he has curated a playlist that harkens back to his venerated days in London.
